2003 Contributorship Renewals
This has been a great year for BESS and we hope you have enjoyed
participating in our educational and social events. If you have not done
so already, we ask for your continued support of BESS by renewing your 2002
BESS contributorship which expired on Sept 30 2002.
You can check the expiration date of your contributorship by looking at your
BESS contributor card. If your ID# is 02-XXX then your contributorship has
expired.
Renewing is easy and you can choose to renew in person,
by regular mail or by Paypal. Please follow the instructions
listed below:

Bring your current contributor card and $20 cash or check to a regular
Wednesday BESS meeting. The contributor team representative will be
available between 7:00-7:30pm to update your details and issue a new card
valid through Sept 30 2003.
- Download, print out and complete the renewal form and send it to us with a
check for $20 payable to BESS. We will mail your new card out to you, or
you can pick it up at a regular BESS meeting. There is no shipping fee but
please allow up to 14 days for processing.

We can accept credit card OR Paypal account payments by Paypal. Please use
the "remarks" section of the paypal checkout form to give us your Current
Member ID & scene name. This information will be forwarded to us thru Paypal
and we will know that you paid. Unless you inform us otherwise, your new
card will be mailed to the registered address of your Paypal account. Please
keep the receipt that paypal sends you.
