2012 Annual Business Meeting

It is time to elect our Board of Directors for 2013. Elections will take place at the BESS Annual Business Meeting on November 7th. The open positions are:

• 4 Board Positions for 2-year terms
• 1 Board Position for 1-year term
• Ombudsman for a 1-year term

For the board election, the candidates getting the four highest vote totals will receive 2-year terms. The candidate receiving the next highest number of votes will receive a 1-year term.

There are no proposed By-law changes this year.
