Membership Renewal

Thank you for your support of BESS during the past year. We hope you have enjoyed participating in our educational and social events! If you have not done so already, we ask for you to continue to support BESS by renewing your BESS contributorship, as BESS contributorships expire on September 30th each year.

You can check the expiration date of your contributorship by looking at your BESS contributor card. The expiration date is located on the bottom left hand corner.

Renewing your BESS membership is easy. You may obtain your new contributor card either in person, or by regular mail. First print and complete the renewal form, then follow the instructions below.

Renewal In Person:
Bring the completed renewal form, your current contributor card and your contributorship fee to any BESS event. Contributorship fees are currently $25 if paid August 1st to April 30th and $15 if paid May 1st to July 31st. Additionally, contributorships paid for in August or September do not expire until the following year's September 30th. Contributorship fees can be paid in cash or check made out to "BESS". Any contributor team member and any other team leader can recieve your form and fee. Additionally, contributor team representatives will be available between 7:00-7:30pm at educational meetings to recieve your form and fee. Your new card will be given to you immediately (if on hand) or mailed to you.
